Our recruitment process

... is intended to provide you and us with the greatest possible transparency. That is why we take a lot of time at the beginning to align our mutual ideas and expectations.

In addition to an initial interview, you can also expect an online assessment. This is intended to reinforce the impression gained from the personal interview and will also be used later for personnel development. You will, of course, receive the evaluation as well as a discussion of the results. If both sides are still very interested in working together at this point, a second interview will follow, during which you will meet some of your future colleagues and supervisors and have the opportunity to engage in a personal conversation. All these steps form the basis for a long and trusting working relationship between you and us, in line with our motto: Always one hundred percent.
